Selects processes to be audited from primarily the manufacturing areas and checks for a variety of features, including ESD (electro-static discharge) and handling practices, documentation, training and process integrity. Perform receiving inspection and develop Incoming Quality Control Plans Scrap disposition at MRB in less than 24 hours. Previous experience utilizing Microsoft office including excel charts and pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations Records audit data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Provides factory hold up to identify and resolve issues associated with purchased parts, materials and manufacturing. Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards, programs or reports to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. Download quality information from quality system to be used for QA reports. Performs out of box audits (OBA) as required. Assure that the Customer implementation activities are in place. Validate the tooling and gauges are working properly. Send gages out for calibration, maintain calibration records. Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 1+ years of electrical engineering experience with focus on BESS, renewables, or power systems. Knowledge of design, integration, and optimization of battery energy storage systems; including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, BMS (Battery Management Systems), and grid interconnection equipment. Familiarity with BESS control strategies, algorithms, and optimization software. Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, IBC, ASCE, NESC, NFPA, utility standards). Understanding of fire protection requirements (UL9540, UL9540A, NFPA855). Understanding of communication protocols used in SCADA and Energy Management Systems (IEC 61850). Working knowledge of EPC engineering workflows, including design deliverables, submittals, document control, and coordination with engineering partners Experience supporting solar, BESS, power, or civil/site projects, including exposure to pre-construction and execution phases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and resources. Job Summary Preparation of slides from tissue and other specimens from inpatient, outpatient, and Doctor’s offices for examination by Pathologist. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year of full-time experience in an accredited histopathology laboratory including experience in fixation, microtomy, processing, embedding, and staining Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional): 1 Year of experience can be substituted for graduation from a NAACLS accredited Histotechnician program Required Certifications/Licensure: None Required Training: None Essential Functions Embed processed tissues into paraffin, selecting proper size base mold and correctly orienting tissue. Cut paraffin embedded blocks and prepare tissue slides for staining using appropriate protocol for number and depth of sections and slides. Cut frozen sections and prepare tissue slides for rapid diagnostic interpretation by the Pathologist. Perform routine and special staining of tissue slides by manual or automated methods using appropriate control slides. Prepare a variety of solutions according to written protocols. Process cell blocks from cytology specimens. Prepare tissue slides for immunohistochemistry and maintain appropriate controls. File blocks and slides by accession numbers for easy retrieval. Pull slides and tissue specimens for consultants. Record daily temperature readings and maintain daily task worksheets. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of all instruments. Perform instrument troubleshooting, repair, and adjustment as appropriate. Perform assigned work efficiently and accurately in a timely organized manner. Produce a maximum of work with minimal supervision. Duties & Responsibilities Respond professionally and courteously when communicating with patients, visitors, or other hospital staff.
