The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring production schedules and backlogs are met, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and supporting a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment. Maintains workflow, address barriers, and optimizes manufacturing performance with regard to lean manufacturing, safety, and efficiency. About the Role We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery- Production, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, and maintaining product quality, food safety, and production standards. Shift & Schedule Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Weekend Availability: Required Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent product quality and process performance. Monitor production processes and identify quality, equipment, or safety concerns. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and required documentation. Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and daily production operations. Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, and production procedures.
