Maintenance Supervisor Location: Peaks of Lexington - Lexington, SC Summary The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the physical condition of the community, including maintenance operations, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, capital projects, inventory control, vendor management, and budget monitoring.
