Responsibilities: Fabricate metal components using equipment such as CLN Notcher, CLN Bender, and Letter Lock Punch. Form materials into required shapes and dimensions for sign production. Install LED wiring and attach letter faces to ensure proper functionality and aesthetic standards. Perform trim-out operations on letters using the CLN Quick Trim Notcher. Complete necessary documentation, including completion slips, material listings, timecards, and requisition forms. Assist with the handling, packing, loading, securing, and unloading of finished goods to ensure safe and proper procedures are followed. Maintain flexibility in work hours, including availability for overtime as needed by management. Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on company policies and best practices. Perform necessary housekeeping tasks, including cleaning up production debris and properly storing materials and equipment. Ensure the care, maintenance, and security of all company resources, tools, and equipment. Maintain and perform routine maintenance on work machines and tools to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications: Skills Proficient in aluminum spool gun welding. Basic mechanical and construction knowledge, including an understanding of metals, wood, plastic, blueprints, and fasteners. Working knowledge of CLN machines, punch presses, press shears, and various power tools used in metal fabrication. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. Adequate mathematical skills for fabrication tasks. High attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in all work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Education, experience, certifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years of fabrication experience required. Golf Course Maintenance
Job Summary: The Golf Course Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of the golf course, ensuring optimal playing conditions for members and guests. This role involves hands-on work with turf care, irrigation, landscaping, and equipment operation. The technician plays a key role in preserving the beauty and functionality of the golf course by performing routine maintenance tasks and assisting with special projects as directed by the Director of Grounds. Job Responsibilities: Maintain golf course greens, fairways, roughs, and bunkers by mowing, trimming, aerating, and edging. Assist in irrigation maintenance, including inspecting and repairing sprinklers, adjusting watering schedules, and troubleshooting leaks. Perform daily bunker maintenance, including raking, edging, and sand replenishment. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf treatments following safety protocols and club standards. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, aerators, and blowers. Assist with tree and shrub care, including pruning, planting, and removal as needed. Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on golf course equipment. Set up and maintain golf course accessories, including tee markers, hole cups, and directional signage. Monitor and report any course damage, such as turf disease, drainage issues, or pest infestations. Participate in special projects, including course renovations, drainage improvements, and new landscaping installations. Ensure all maintenance areas and equipment storage facilities are clean and organized. Follow all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and club policies. Qualifications, Education, & Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility successfully. This person must present a neat appearance and have a warm, cheerful personality. Tact and good judgment are especially beneficial characteristics. This person must also possess the knowledge, skill, and ability to carry out the job responsibilities. Prior experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred but not required. Basic understanding of turf management, irrigation systems, and golf course upkeep. Ability to safely operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by golf course operations. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by the club’s schedule. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and move across large outdoor areas for extended periods. Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
