Job Summary The production trainer would be responsible for administering training to/ production teammates. This position assures that Standardized Training is used to train all teammates and that standard evaluations are conducted according to the training plans. Summary Sub-Assembly Technician works in Sub Assembly Dept reporting to Sub Assembly Manager Position Overview Detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Sub-Assembly Technician to join our production team in the boating industry. This role is responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing sub-components used in boat manufacturing, ensuring they meet company quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly of boat sub-components (e.g., electrical harnesses, fuel systems, steering assemblies, seating, hatches, trim components, etc.). Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Operate hand tools (screwdrivers, hammer, measuring tape, etc.), power tools (drill, buffer, driver, etc) and continuous measuring and inspection of parts and equipment to blueprints/drawings to exact requirements, safely and efficiently. Conduct inspections and quality checks on assembled parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
