This position is not entry-level — previous press brake setup and operation experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal forming, blueprints, and precision manufacturing. In this role, you will operate a Cincinnati Press Brake to perform accurate bending operations, ensuring parts meet all required specifications and quality standards. You will be responsible for machine setup, adjustments, and quality inspections to maintain consistent production flow and precision. We are looking for someone who can: Operate Cincinnati Press Brake to perform bending and forming operations according to blueprints and work orders. Set up and adjust bend programs, tooling, and back gauges to maintain part accuracy and tight tolerances. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and bills of materials to ensure proper setup and production. Inspect finished parts to confirm specifications, dimensions, and quality standards. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks to ensure optimal performance. Receive, sort, and organize raw materials, parts, and tooling. Accurately complete documentation, work orders, and inspection reports.
