Responsibilities of the Endpoint Technician I: Under supervision of the Senior staff, assists in managing, securing, and configuring the Microsoft M365 product suite for RFA, including, but not limited to, email, Teams, One Drive, Share Point, and lntune/Auto Pilot. Assists in managing all RFA email accounts and maintaining the organizational structure in Active Directory. Works with the security team to keep the M365 security settings up to the latest security standards. Accesses and uses data to fulfill authorized job duties or activities for the State, in adherence to policies and guidelines pertaining to data protection. Reports actual or suspected breaches or vulnerabilities in the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of data to the appropriate authorities. Under supervision of senior staff, assists in providing system administration support of RFA, maintains, updates, configures, analyzes and troubleshoots M365 and Window Server system issues. Performs daily system monitoring, verifies the integrity and availability of server hardware and software, maintains server processes, and verifies completion of scheduled jobs. Documents and maintains work in compliance with state information security policies or directives. Under supervision of senior staff, assists in performing RFA system backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up according to customer or agency requirements. Ensures rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of customer support services for individuals. Assists in managing Microsoft Defender along with senior staff and the Security Engineer to ensure that they are configured properly and operational, including sending notifications to the appropriate staff. Serves as a team member for incident response and disaster recovery. Keeps up to date with the latest version of these plans and any necessary training to fulfill this role. Assists in providing end user support to RFA staff. Utilizes Help Desk software to prioritize, track, and document issues and remediation steps. Details and documents processes and procedures to help with problem diagnosis and resolution. Evaluates and prioritizes user-reported issues to ensure RFA IT services are completed on a timely basis and service interruptions are minimal. Performs other IT duties as required. Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma and experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, or processing of information in a data processing environment or related systems. Description: Job Purpose: The Sterile Room Technician supports aseptic manufacturing operations in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring the production of sterile pharmaceutical products in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
