Job Description: Role and Responsibilities This position is responsible for leading a team and also for the routine and repetitive material handling responsibilities within the manufacturing facility including kitting/material movement/receiving. Responsible for the continuous supply of materials to one or more production or assembly areas. Responsible for “kitting” materials on the production line to ensure all parts of order required are at point of origination to keep line moving at steady pace. Responsible for picking parts from Kanban or storage areas and placing the parts into a bin (kit). Ensures correct parts are kept in the appropriate quantities to support production and assembly requirements. May take parts from inventory area and ensures Water Spider is kept stocked at appropriate levels of inventory to include put up and receiving. Performs repetitive material supply functions following detailed work directions and guidelines. Required to operate PITs for delivery or picking of parts and supplies. Sorts and counts parts, supplies, and logs inventory. Creates and distributes labels and other admin work if applicable. Inspects parts for damage or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel. Must use computer systems and respond to Andon’s. May trace or track lost parts and supplies. Maintains all certifications for group(s) and completes all required training. Daily 5S is a requirement. Perform assembly operations using a range of tools and equipment, including powered and manual hand tools, crimping devices, screwdrivers, and bolting tools, to accurately assemble parts and components according to specifications. Mount electronic components including transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, onto chassis panels. Connect component lead wires to printed circuits or routes and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points. Install subassemblies into enclosures, cases, or cabinets and attach required hardware. Perform in-process and final inspections to verify products meet internal specifications, production standards, and compliance requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation; follow all safety protocols and company procedures. The Senior Project Manager leads the technical and commercial execution of multiple client programs for sterile, unit-dose products manufactured by Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) aseptic processing — from feasibility and technology transfer through registration batches, process validation, launch, and ongoing commercial supply. This customer- facing role is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and directs cross-functional teams across the site. It is the senior individual-contributor role within the Project Management Office and is positioned as a development role for progression into Project Management leadership: the incumbent is expected to mentor project managers, act as designee for the Director of Project Management, and take an increasing share of portfolio-level and PMO governance responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead assigned client programs end to end for sterile BFS products — feasibility, quotation support, technology transfer, engineering and registration/exhibit batches, process validation (PPQ), stability, launch, and commercial supply. Serve as the primary customer contact and own the relationship at both working and executive level, including project review meetings, business reviews, and joint steering committees. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, critical-path and resource analyses, risk registers, and milestone tracking tools. Report any variance as soon as it is recognized, together with a recovery plan. Direct cross-functional teams — Product Development, Analytical Services, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance — without direct reporting authority. The Role: Translating Engineering to Execution We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the critical technical bridge between our Mechanical Design, Systems Quality, and Fabrication teams. In this role, you will not just "write work package instructions" - you will be an integral part of the Design for Manufacturability and Process Execution Strategy for complex, code-compliant pressurized vessels, skid-mounted piping systems, and custom nuclear-grade equipment. Minimum Qualifications Educational Background: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline. Significant fabrication & planning experience can be substituted for an Engineering degree. Technical Experience: 3+ years of experience in an engineering or heavy-manufacturing environment with a strong foundation in metal fabrication, machining processes, and structural/piping assembly sequences. Position Summary The Extrusion Operator safely operates and monitors extrusion lines to produce monofilament products that meet customer specifications for quality, output, and consistency. This role is responsible for machine setup, process monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to production and quality standards. Newly hired team members will receive New Hire Orientation, Shakespeare Safety Orientation, SPC training and utilization of statistical software (NWA), and Forklift/Pallet Jack training and certification.
