Ensure processes meet regulatory, safety, environmental, and company compliance requirements. Use data, KPIs, and statistical methods to monitor process capability and drive decision-making. Support new product introductions, process validations, and production readiness activities. Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource planning for engineering initiatives. Identify and implement automation opportunities and digital manufacturing improvements where appropriate. Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Report on performance trends, project status, and improvement results to leadership. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations improvement. 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and continuous improvement methods. Experience with lean principles and techniques to include Visual Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time Reduction and Process Balancing, Yokoten, 5S, Set Up Reduction (SMED), and Kanban.
