Print Production Technician II
The Print Production Technician II supports all aspects of the in-house Print Shop, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to the bank and its customers. Responsibilities include coordinating print jobs, using design software for layouts, managing outsourced projects, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA standards. What You’ll Do: Screen incoming print jobs via DSF or Marketing channels and ensure proper setup for production. Maintain DSF products, media, templates, and Association URL sites. Machine Coating Operator
The Machine Operator must be willing and capable of learning all aspects of spiral weld pipe manufacturing. The operator duties include the Machine Coat Operator I station duties described below. Other duties may be assigned, including but not limited to cross training and housekeeping. Responsibilities also include attention to safety according to all safety rules. Coordinates priorities for specific customer orders with Team Leader. Reschedules identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine setups. Confers with department Team Leader to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods received from production control or engineering departments. Positions pipe for blasting, positions shrouds for protection, operates blasting control console to perform blasting operations per drawings and specifications. Applies primer, coating, or tape per customer specifications by operating machinery and monitoring application of tape or coating. Maintains blasting, taping and coating machinery by performing preventive maintenance, and reports repair or extensive maintenance requirements to Team Leader. Reads customer specification and drawings to determine type of coating, position of holdbacks and other specifications for setting up pipe for taping and/or coating operations. Reads, understands and interprets specifications for pipe finishing and for bracing pipe in preparation for shipping. Measures wood pieces for stulling or bracing pipe; select proper wood pieces, cut and shape as required for proper fit in pipe and install. Places bracings in completed pipe according to shipping specifications. Places end caps on pipe. Removes pipe from work area and stages it for removal to yard, shipping area, or fab finishing area. Stay informed on evolving transportation policies, standards, and emerging technologies impacting traffic operations, safety, and design. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, or Florida — or ability to obtain within 6 months. PTOE certification is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in traffic or transportation engineering. Strong knowledge of DOT Design Manuals, MUTCD, AASHTO, and relevant state DOT standards. Proficiency in Synchro, HCS, VISSIM, and MicroStation or AutoCAD; experience with TransModeler is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and agency staff. Experience in ITS design, traffic signal timing, and system optimization. Familiarity with HSIP safety performance evaluations and predictive analysis tools.
