JOB PURPOSE Manage, coach, mentor and develop associates, implement process enhancements and promote a positive culture throughout the facility by establishing sound systems and a demonstrated process focus utilizing ISO and LEAN based workflows. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Initiates process improvements through continuous improvement techniques that support quality improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions, and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added work. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or related experience in engineering role. Minimum of 5 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing improvement projects in a manufacturing setting. Computer literate with Microsoft Office products (Primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook). Working knowledge of 3D CAD/CAM software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with metal machining, molding, plating and assembly processes. Working knowledge of ISO9001 quality systems. Working knowledge of AIAG standards, including APQP, PPAP and Control Plans. Experienced in using Continuous Improvement tools (i.e., Fishbone Diagrams, 5-Whys, 8D, Gage R&R, PFMEA, SPC, etc.). Experienced working on a Lean Journey and implementation of the plan. JOB PURPOSE Hard-working individual joins a newly formed production team dedicated to manufacturing primers for small arms ammunition. Employee accurately loads and unloads plates with components, one being explosive, and processes those plates to assemble and then package and deliver primers. REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 2+ years of experience with Avaya on premise PBX systems 2+ years of experience administering VoIP and unified communications platforms. 2+ years of experience with SIP, RTP, QoS, dial plans, call routing, and voice gateway technologies. 2+ years of experience troubleshooting voice quality, call routing, carrier connectivity, and E911 services. 2+ years of experience with telecommunications infrastructure, including voice circuits, session border controllers (SBCs), and PSTN integration. PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise cloud-based telephony solutions, including migration from on-premises telephony platforms to cloud-based services. Responsibilities Troubleshoot electrical and automation equipment, including PLC I/O cards and field devices. PLC programming is not required, but candidates should understand basic ladder logic and function block logic. Troubleshoot Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC systems, 3-phase motors, VFDs, prox switches, photoeyes, pressure valves, and instrumentation. Respond to crane and other production equipment trouble calls. Perform preventative maintenance on PLC and instrumentation cabinets, including inspecting wiring, labels, terminals, and connections. Work with electrical systems including conduit, lighting, cameras, and controls. Follow electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures. Typical Work Reactive maintenance and troubleshooting, including VFD fault diagnosis, dirty photoeyes, failed prox switches, wiring issues, and I/O faults. Perform preventative maintenance on control and instrumentation cabinets while supporting production and minimizing equipment downtime. Requirements Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience, including PLC I/O troubleshooting, 3-phase motors, and VFDs. Ability to read electrical schematics and a basic understanding of PLC controls. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
