Create and maintain network documentation. Using monitoring network performance tools to troubleshoot problem areas. Assist with escalations (2nd Line support) to resolve end user issues. Configuring maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing Broadband services such as Wi-Fi Routers and smart home devices. Routing of a Fiber Optic drop cable from a termination box to a router’s location. In-Home and business network to connect clients. Assist customers in connecting their home devices to the Ripple Fiber network. Qualifications: Skills Required Must have a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record. Ability to operate hand tools and handheld mobile devices. Experience working in customer service, construction, electrical, technical or related field is a plus. Clean driving record. This includes submission of all administrative, fiscal, and billing documents and database information to the Support Center for processing and all reports and documents that are required to be submitted by referring authorities and third-party payors.
