AVAILABLE SHIFTS Monday-Thursday- 5:30pm- 4:00am JOB PURPOSE This position is responsible for the fabrication of high precision machined components. The Team Lead will run machining equipment and is responsible for assisting team members with any machining issues that may arise during production. The Team Lead also must be able to assist in all areas of production at Ferrous. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to train and mentor new employees on your team. Ensure that your team adheres to all Safety Principles. Ability to enforce Safety Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to your team. Adhere to all Quality System Standards. Operate simple to complex CNC machines including Saws, CNC lathes, Gun drill and CNC mills. Make required adjustments to maintain specifications utilizing engineering drawings, verbal instructions, written Operator Instructions and boundary samples. Process components within established operator cycle times. Measure components and test complete assemblies using calibrated test and measuring equipment. Prepare required written documentation, i.e. Product Acceptance Records and Nonconforming Material Reports. Responsible for on-the-job training of other employees. Participate in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery improvements. Must be able to troubleshoot issues in the machining process. Get turnover from previous shift team lead to ensure a good transition between shifts. Assist in all areas of production if needed. Change mill tooling and assist in work offset changes for your team. Use tool pre-setter to set offsets for CNC mills. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED. Strong leadership abilities. Must be able to assist in all areas of production. Ability to operate CNC equipment. Ability to make work offsets for you and your team. Ability to use common hand and power tools. Ability to use calibrated test and measuring equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with work group. Ability to apply problem solving techniques to troubleshoot and implement corrective action. WORKING CONDITIONS Expect to work within a climate control facility with mid to high noise levels. Working conditions and hours may vary based on production and business needs, including working regular shifts as outlined and/or occasional weekends, or overtime, if needed. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The employee will be sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, on a daily basis. The employee must have the ability to lift up to 45 pounds. The Opportunity That Awaits You: The National Senior Director, AquaPRO Launch Excellence is responsible for building, scaling, and leading PROCEPT’s national launch infrastructure to deliver consistent, high-quality, and rapid time-to-value for all Aquablation Therapy programs across the United States. This leader owns the end-to-end launch ecosystem, including strategy, organizational design, performance management, and cross-functional alignment. The role ensures that every launch achieves clinical excellence, operational readiness, and sustainable utilization. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve: National Strategy & Execution - Define and operationalize the AquaPRO national launch strategy aligned with CAP and UTL priorities - Establish standardized launch playbooks, KPIs, and governance models - Ensure consistent execution across all launch phases - Own national performance targets (time to first case, time to 10/20 procedures, Aqua Day productivity, autonomy) Team Leadership & Organizational Development - Build and lead a high-performing national launch organization - Define coverage model and capacity planning - Lead and develop Managers, PLS, CLS, and RLM roles - Ensure coordination through RSR/ASR teams Cross-Functional Integration - Serve as central integrator across CAP, UTL, Marketing, Clinical, and Reimbursement - Align launches with capital placement and utilization strategy - Ensure coordination across clinical, operational, and financial readiness Performance Management & KPI Ownership - Build national launch dashboard - Track time-to-value, referral conversion, throughput, reimbursement - Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly review cadence Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement - Standardize launch methodologies and tools - Drive continuous improvement and playbook evolution Executive Leadership & Strategic Impact - Own national launch performance - Present insights and recommendations to leadership - Drive adoption and utilization growth Performance Metrics - Time to First Case (<30 days) - Time to 10 Procedures (<60 days) - Time to 20 Procedures (<90 days) - Aqua Day productivity ( 3–6 cases/day) - Surgeon and site autonomy - Referral conversion rates - Reimbursement cycle time The Qualifications We Need You to Possess - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred - 12–15+ years in MedTech leadership or program management - Experience scaling teams and driving adoption - Strong understanding of hospital workflows and reimbursement - Executive presence and leadership skills - Willingness to travel (~50%) For US Based Candidates Only For this role, the anticipated base pay is $200,000 a year. May install multi-level subassemblies and modules into Racks using complex configurations. Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets. Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs and switches, to assemblies. Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating and color-coding parts and assemblies. Tends machines that press, shape or wind component parts. Performs online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
