Directs the operations of the SCDMV Warehouse including inventory management, shipping and receiving, surplus property processing and disbursal, records management and retention. Oversees agency Minority Business Enterprise program to ensure that efforts are made to procure goods and services from qualified minority businesses in achieving the agency's MBE Utilization Plan goals. Responsible for ensuring that all quarterly and annual reports are completed and submitted on behalf of the agency. Ensures that all required reporting of trade-ins, sole source and emergency procurements and MBE purchases are completed. Responsible for hiring, training and evaluating procurement staff in accordance with agency policies. Other duties as assigned by manager.
