*Job Overview:* The primary purpose of this position is to obtain and schedule new patient appointments while maintaining a modern and growing online and in office presence for Columbia Family Chiropractic (CFC). As the Digital Marketing and Media Coordinator (DMMC), you will be responsible for content creation and branding, website updates, and website and social media analytics and advertising. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining a modern and cutting-edge environment in the office through print and video. This includes organizing and scheduling content for CFC TV, producing For the Health of It podcast, enhancing search engine optimization, interacting with clients on social media, and exploring new online platforms for advertising. If you enjoy networking, social media, photography, videography, staying busy, and having fun while doing so, this position may be for you! *Key Responsibilities:* * Evolve the company’s brand and drive continuous brand awareness through strategy creation, direct marketing and relationship building events. * Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, using research, forecasts and metrics to achieve business goals. * Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, email, direct mail, podcasts, videos and social media. * Create and maintain marketing calendar for events, community interactions, blog posts, podcasts and other media campaigns. * Attend trainings and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs. * Prepare weekly and cadenced reporting showing performance against benchmarks for success such as: referral volume, new prospect meetings, new patient referrals, total calls made each week, procedures generated from referral sources, etc. * Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. * Connect with local businesses to schedule and organize educational presentations for employees; set up and participate in corporate wellness events/screenings. * Develop new relationships with doctor’s offices, attorneys, urgent care centers, family practices, and other referral sources. * Represent company at trade associations, events and other meetings to promote services and products. * Promote, organize, and attend internal marketing events with existing patient base * Engage patients in healthy lifestyle classes and generate leads thru referral and reactivation systems. * Contribute to member retention and wellness initiatives by planning member engagement activities, including small- and large-scale events. * Implement social media and content strategies to include writing, developing and scheduling social media content *Required Skills and Characteristics:* * Passion for health and wellness. * Adobe Premiere Pro * Personable and compassionate with a learner attitude. * Results-driven and self-motivated. * Eager to learn and expand knowledge base. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Creative yet, critical thinker with decision-making ability. * Editing (photo/video/text) capabilities. Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Suite proficiency strongly desired. * Knowledge and experience managing a variety of social media platforms using targeted ads to attract clients. * Experience in planning a variety of engagement activities, including large and small-scale events. * Experience with CRM management and Mailchimp. * Experience with Google Analytics preferred. * Basic knowledge and experience of website editing and SEO. *Hours* * This is a full-time position with flexible work hours. * On average, you will work approximately 40 hours/week, in a variety of environments (remote, in office and within the community). *Qualifications and Experience* * Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications, public relations or business administration or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field. * Healthcare experience a plus but not required. *Compensation and Pay:* * This position is compensated with a base salary and bonus plan. * Monthly bonuses are at the discretion of the owners and based on individual and/or team performance.
