Production Supervisor The Production Supervisor will lead a team and oversee the day-to-day activities within a manufacturing environment and be responsible for assuring that all production personnel perform their roles efficiently and in accordance with industry best practices, resulting in cost-effective production of products. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Lead a team Plan and schedule plant maintenance to maximize productivity and optimize the utilization of manpower, resources, and equipment to meet production standards and objectives. *Position Summary* The Engineered Nylons Department runs a batch process to produce various types of nylon resin. The Chemical Operator doses raw materials and performs all process steps for the mix tank, evaporator, reactor, pelletizer, and material transfer to storage tanks. Further processing responsibilities include resin transfer, drying, sample testing and packaging of final product.
