Minimum Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a geotechnical focus. Masters is preferred. 6-8 years of relevant professional experience. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in South Carolina or North Carolina, with the ability to become licensed in additional Southeastern states within six months. Knowledge of geotechnical design and construction requirements. Knowledge of geosynthetics Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for site meetings, marketing, technical seminars, regulatory seminars, engineering workshops, and client development within the Southeastern US. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of regulations (state and federal), subsurface geology, soil and rock mechanics, hydrogeology, and geotechnical site assessment.
