As a team member, you'll have the chance to contribute to impactful projects nationwide, while benefiting from competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment where your growth is only limited by your ambition. *Key Responsibilities* * Follow site-specific and project-specific instructions with precision and enthusiasm. * Participate in site orientation and adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements. * Unload tools, prepare materials, set up job sites, and maintain organization. * Consult construction plans and follow instructions from supervisors or construction managers. * Operate construction tools and equipment, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and blowtorches. * Build scaffolding and temporary structures. * Prepare construction sites by digging, moving, or compacting earth. * Clean debris and hazardous materials to maintain a safe work area. * Store and maintain tools and equipment properly. * Consistently follow OSHA and company safety guidelines, wearing required PPE at all times. *Qualifications* * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Authorization to work in the United States. * Fluent, clear English communication skills. * Ability to work at heights above 50 feet. * 10+ years of verifiable construction experience (or equivalent proficiency). * Proficiency with basic hand tools and electric/battery-operated tools. * Forklift and Manlift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain; company-paid certification available). * Familiarity with OSHA jobsite requirements; OSHA 30 certification is a plus (company-paid certification available). * Willingness to obtain a passport for travel, if needed. * Ability to lift 60 lbs safely. * Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills. * Must provide three professional references prior to an offer of employment. *Benefits* * Weekly pay cycle. * Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, and sick days. * Per diem for travel projects. * Travel expenses covered (hourly rate, mileage, accommodations). * Year-end bonus opportunities. * Mileage reimbursement. * Uniforms and safety equipment provided. * Paid training and certifications. * Apprenticeship and mentorship programs for career development. * Supportive work-life balance environment. *Schedule* Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime as required. *Work Location* Remote with travel required for projects. Electrical Foreman-Columbia
The electrical foreman leads the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices, helping them develop their skills and knowledge Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians and other personnel on the job site. Provide guidance and support to ensure work is completed on schedule and according to specifications. Maintain open and effective communication project managers and other defined stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including: • Daily work reports detailing tasks performed, materials used, and progress made. • Time sheets and attendance records for team members. • Material and equipment inventory logs. • Change orders and project change documentation. • Safety incident reports and accident investigations. • As-built drawings and project closeout documentation. Conduct pre-job planning to drive productivity goals Ensure proper tools, material and equipment are onsite as required Accurately install wire, conduit, panel boards, fixtures, devices, pre-fab assemblies, boxes, and breakers according to job specifications and NEC Proficient with circuitry of the trade to include power, control, and motor terminations These duties and responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change to meet the priorities and ongoing needs of the company. Proficiency in critical thinking, trouble shooting, and problem resolution Accurately perform basic math calculations to include addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, multiplication, division, and the use of measurements Ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal and nonverbal) Requires self-motivation, organization, and prioritization management Proficient knowledge of OSHA standards and guidelines Technical degree, 3-5 years' experience, extensive mechanical ability, or a combination of education and/or experience Certifications or experience preferred in the following areas: Journeyman or Master Electrician card/license OSHA certifications First Aid and CPR certification Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
