May also be required to act as coach, mentor, instructor and resource person for new employees who have completed the required phlebotomy training program. Finished Products/ PS&D Mechanical Maintenance FLL The Eastover mill produces approximately 2,400 TPD of bleached pulp and paper, employs approximately 600 people and operates with high performance work systems. The Finished Products/PS&D Mechanical Maintenance Area Manager is responsible for all aspects of mechanical maintenance workflow, coordination, execution, and equipment reliability performance for both the Finished Products area and the PS&D area. This includes (2) Paper Machines (focus on one), (2) Winders (focus on one), (2) Rewinders, (2) Wrappers, Chemical Additives Area, all auxiliaries supporting these areas, and all associated facilities mechanical infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide leadership focus to engage appropriate employees in all aspects of safety, reliability and identifying, scoping, selling and implementing maintenance process improvements. The Finished Products/PS&D Area Mechanical Maintenance Manager is expected to partner with Operations, the Maintenance Management Team, other maintenance disciplines, planning, contracted maintenance, mill stores, project engineering, and reliability engineering functions to ensure safety, environmental excellence, high equipment availability, facility preservation, and overall reliable paper production that meets customer demands within budget. The Finished Products/PS&D Area Mechanical Maintenance Manager must have the courage to develop and maintain a safe work culture with proven demonstration of leading by example. This position reports to the Finished Products Area Maintenance Manager. The PL Level is 12-14, depending on qualifications of the successful candidate.
