SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: The Division of Technology Services is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting multiple mission-critical applications for the Department of Social Services. Provides links to floorplans (PDF/CAD) Pulls in DSS personnel count, facility components, and system data. Ensure facility data is well-documented and available in reportable format. Additional Project-Based Tasks: Perform physical audits and cleanup of network closets, labeling and organizing to industry standards. Update and maintain CAD/PDF “as-built” network diagrams, including cable pathways, patch panels, and rack layouts for all 68 DSS office locations. Conduct on-site cellular signal strength assessments using SIM-based tools to support SD-WAN carrier selection. Deliverables: Network closet audit reports (with before/after photos and patch documentation). Up-to-date floorplans with workstations and network layouts for 68 offices. Monthly summary of activities, hours worked, and progress. SOPs and documentation for patching and network closet standards. Dashboard implementation and associated facility data. We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development.
