The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services functions performed at the site. Responsibilities include the oversight of campus cleaning, site maintenance, grounds upkeep, and equipment maintenance to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional. Duties include coordinating the procurement of service providers through the Strategic Sourcing team, vendor relationship management and inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates.
