For consideration, we require previous maintenance, general building and/or industrial maintenance experience. *Essential Job Responsibilities* Diagnose problems, replacement and repair parts, test and adjustments. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Visit client sites to perform regular preventive maintenance on machines. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all material handling equipment components. Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Comply with Safety Regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Standby may be necessary depending upon the schedule. *Essential Job Qualifications * Experience in Parcel conveyor maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, repair, elec/mech. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to conveyor maintenance. Knowledge of conveyor systems, belt tracking, drive systems, PLC’s, VFD’s, motor reducer replacement/repair and control mechanisms focused on a Parcel distribution center. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Motivated, self-starter willing to work and be dedicated. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, if needed. Including emergency calls.
