Make sure that the Service Technician details the invoice in a thorough manner so the customer understands the service rendered and that the problem was taken care of Provide one-on-one training for Technicians needing assistance Hold accountable all Technicians for hitting KRA/KPI's daily, weekly, monthly, yearly Provide technical support by phone or on the job Provide technical training when necessary Respond to customer complaints/concerns Hold Technicians accountable for proper paperwork and follow-up Ensure the assigned Technician is following our stated policies and procedures, giving instruction and direction to coworkers as required Change or make new company policies for the service department with the Owner/ General Manager's approval Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and accounted for properly and timely Prepare Technician performance reviews (as directed) and deliver review to the General Manager on a timely basis
