Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm PRIMARY PURPOSE This position is responsible using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions to perform a series of operations to correctly disassemble components. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Follow detailed disassembly instructions, processes and procedures · Disassembles components by utilizing hand and power tools · Cleans and buffs components · Wash components in solvent and run parts through parts washer · Blowout parts to remove solvent and dirt · Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5S protocol · Make sure that schedules are being ran exactly as they are listed · Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) · Turn off equipment when not in use · Attention to detail in a fast paced environment OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE · High school degree or equivalent · Knowledge of basic mechanics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all steps of drywall hanging as a team. Understands how to hang walls, top-out, ceilings, and can demonstrate each individually. Know how to use screw-guns, lifting wedge (jack), roto-zips, rasps, and T-square. Experience with all types and ranges of commercial drywall boards. Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings. Inspects framing surfaces for imperfections (walls and ceiling not plumb or square, stud layout for door and corner break points are incorrect location, stud spacing is off, MEP bulges beyond stud plane) then marks surfaces to be corrected with paint or grease pencils prior to starting. Ability to work independently on jobsites. Oversee less experienced installers/laborers. Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations. Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced wall or ceilings. Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan. Skill required to patch/repair existing drywall into like-new appearance. Other duties as assigned. Requirements / Experience: Must have 3 years of experience and skill with Production Finishing and considers themselves a specialist in the field. Has the experience to be safe with stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders. Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence. Compliant with safety procedures. Ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction. Dependable Transportation. Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish). Summary: Plan, direct, or coordinate quality assurance programs. Formulate quality control policies and control quality of laboratory and production efforts. Collaborates closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Administration. Duties: · Manage Internal Audit program. · Manage a QA team. Responsible for their assignments, training and other administrative tasks. • Addressing non-conformities from previous internal and external audits. • Conducting a Management Review of the Quality System. • Following-up on and closing pending Preventive and Corrective Action Requests. • Insuring that organizational systems and training is in place. • Preparing organization for ISO 9001 audit. • Ensuring that documentation and design controls are appropriate for organization. • Administering document control and configuration management system. • Overseeing established calibration and testing program. • Assisting the management team and provide QA support as necessary. • Maintaining customer and product specifications. · Monitor and maintain satellite accumulation area in lab to ensure compliance with hazardous waste management procedures · Using relevant information & individual judgement to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations or standards. · Follow all hazardous waste handling procedures as set forth in procedures manual · All other duties as required Requisite Skills, Experience and Education: · At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent. · At least 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance, should be combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as a Quality Assurance Manager, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies. · Experience with FDA and international Quality System rules, regulations, including planning and implementation is very important. · Oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities. · Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment essential. · PC-based computing experience (word processing-Word, spreadsheet-Excel, presentation- PowerPoint, documentation s/w) essential.
