May be required to work in surrounding cities. Job Responsibilities: - Install and Replace Auto Glass including repairs and recalibration: Safely remove, replace, and install auto glass for various vehicle makes and models, including windshields, door glasses and back glasses. Recalibrate vehicles that require ADAS recalibration. - Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining the repair or replacement process, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Work Documentation: Accurately complete pre-inspection sheets while interacting with front desk receptionists to inform job details. - Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues with auto glass installation and repair, ensuring high-quality workmanship while working in a fast-paced environment.
