Rad Tech Lab Assistant
OVERVIEW: The Lab Assistant serves as a skills lab resource for students while students perform skills lab tasks. It is not the expectation that the lab assistant acts as an instructor, but rather the lab assistant is responsible for the on-site supervision and assessment of the students while in skills lab. The lab assistant connects classroom and skills area and their knowledge guides students to manage lab assignments, meet course outcomes, and articulate areas of opportunity and concern to the faculty member.
