Duties * Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles and/or aircrafts, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing. * Apply coating applications and handle hazardous cleanup inside of vehicles and/or aircrafts. * Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention, repair or upgrades in service packages. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, setting clear expectations for service(s) offered and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile detailing van and equipment. * Utilize custodial skills to keep the workspace tidy and safe for all employees. * Preparing your assigned mobile detailing van for each shift, cleaning your assigned van at the end of your shift and reporting any concerns to equipment. * Drive and operate vehicles in a safe manner, both customer and company vehicles. Requirements * Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality work. * Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment effectively. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Knowledge of car wash techniques, buffing methods, and custodial practices is a plus. * Willingness to learn new skills related to automotive detailing and maintenance.
