What you’ll do Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations Provide product training and support to customers Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits. Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment, Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge systems, fingerprint equipment, or comparable products Relevant education, certifications, or internships in related fields may be considered in lieu of the required experience Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions requiring the use of a personal vehicle for company business Earn Well Hourly Range: $17.00 to $20.00 depending on experience.
