The Assembler assembles defect-free parts and/or finished products per the assigned written processes, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of products within the assigned product area(s). · Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures for a specified area of manufacturing. · Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet expectations. · Support manufacturing of product to meet company standards and specification through performing duties in a professional manner within a cohesive team environment. · Complete all on-the-job training and other required training as assigned. · Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. · Visually recognizes defective or malformed parts. · Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Supervisor. · Completes production documentation. · Wear required personal protective equipment: lab coat, hair and beard net, nitrile gloves, and shoe covers.
