The desired candidate would have a painting background and some mechanical experience. Our garage flooring systems is a large part of our overall identity as a business and this position would take a active role with the installation of these flooring applications. Our home organization solutions include custom closets, built-ins, home offices, murphy beds, pantries, and mudrooms. In the garage, we are installing garage cabinetry, overhead hanging systems, wall systems and the best epoxy floor coatings. Prospective Installer must be neat, punctual and reliable. He or she must be able present a professional image of the company and work effectively with other teammates to ensure completion of all installation functions. Hired crew member must have an eye for detail and a passion for preforming quality work. Associates must be able to carry 50 lbs. and understand that this is a physically demanding position. Start time varies but approximately 7:30 am to end of job. No overnight travel required. The selected candidate should be able to work flexible hours where it may be necessary for work to be completed outside traditional business hours. The candidate will work closely with Human Resource staff, OIT, and subject matter experts for the system design and testing.
