We are seeking a skilled Property Accountant to manage the financial aspects of our real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, conducting property budgeting, and assisting the external audit firm with the annual financial audit. The accountant will be responsible for the maintenance of QuickBooks as the main bookkeeping system for the company. Successful applicant will have extensive accounting background and master QuickBooks Online. Job Responsibilities At Richland Maintenance, as a crew leader performs duties in the erection and maintenance of concrete structures on road and bridges on the state highway system. Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly reports, time sheets, and cost records; recommends personnel actions including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures; rates employees yearly according to the Employee Performance Management System. Assists in the planning, scheduling and prioritizing of locations, materials and equipment for bridge repairs in Richland County. Coordinates the placement of traffic control devices to properly set up a maintenance work zone according to the SCDOT Work Zone Traffic Control Manual and Field Guide to warn motorists.
