Job Summary Summary: Supervises, trains and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures are completed to unit's standards. Assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides quality service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail. Ensures assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly; documents late or absent employees. Resolves internal/external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Documents call offs, and replaces for any shift. Coordinates assigned staff breaks. Prepares and distributes assignment sheets to staff and reviews priorities. Communicates additions or changes to the assignment sheets as they arise throughout the shift. Assigns designated keys, radios and beepers to assigned staff. Maintains accurate record of such assignments and ensure security of keys. Checks all equipment used by staff for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness and mechanical problems. Instructs designated personnel to correct deficiencies. Inspects areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met. Assists staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service. Conducts staff training as assigned. Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others. Performs other duties as assigned. Senior Electrical Engineer
Summary/Purpose Plans, directs and coordinates technical support in the area of electrical engineering. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: • Applies electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry. • Identifies controls and maintains all new and existing inventory levels of electrical spare parts for the plant. • Assembles and tests experimental motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components. • Modifies electrical components and/or programs and logic to improve production rates, quality, efficiency and safety under the direction of the Engineering Area Manager. • Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and implement preventative and corrective maintenance to similar machines or devices. • Monitors overall plant electrical usage and continuously pursue usage/cost reductions in both existing future equipment. • Work with IT dept to link machines on network to monitor and collect data. Maintain Data collection and visualization systems. • Ensures that all equipment, electrical panels, transformers, and generators are operating within and conform to OSHA specifications. • Works with the preventative maintenance system to identify potential failure or malfunction of electrical components in effort to reduce unplanned production downtime. • Will be a vital participant in the training and teambuilding skills for the maintenance department. • Develops wiring diagrams, layout drawings and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansion, and direct personnel performing routine installation and maintenance duties. • Maintains and controls annual plant wide backups of programmable logic controllers, CNC parameters and machine parameters. • Modifies electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations under direction of the Engineering Area Manager. • Being receptive to call in work hours – day and night. • Plans, directs and records periodic electrical testing and recommends or initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards. • Support 5-S, Kaizen Team and Koyo Production System, TS16949 and ISO14000 efforts throughout the plant. • Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Three to five years related experience Work Environment/Physical Demands: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
