We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items. Significant Responsibilities: Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections . Ability to work independently on jobsites Oversee less experienced installers/laborers Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation. Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan Other duties as assigned Requirements/ Experience: Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
