The electrical foreman leads the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices, helping them develop their skills and knowledge Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians and other personnel on the job site. Provide guidance and support to ensure work is completed on schedule and according to specifications.
