POSITION SUMMARY: Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations, monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes. Manages store in the absence of the Store Manager. The Store Assistant Manager is required to perform all functions normally performed by the team member. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of prior related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Under limited supervision the General Maintenance Tech II will provide general maintenance and repairs to vending machines. Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis to reduce downtime. Conduct routine inspections of roadside vending shelters and address maintenance concerns. Calibrate machines as needed. Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately in maintenance management software. Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for specialized repairs. Communicate issues and part needs with the Facilities Director, Facilities Manager, Business Enterprise Program (BEP) Consultants and Blind Licensed Vendors.
