Essential Functions: · Responsible for performing periodic maintenance, repair, replacement and troubleshooting on various models of forklifts and equipment and competitive material handling equipment. · Work on internal combustion engines, electric motors, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, transmissions, and more · Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections · Maintain accurate service records and follow all company policies and safety protocols · Provide excellent customer service during on-site service visits · Use mobile technology to access work orders and document service activity · Other duties may be assigned What You Need to Succeed: · A high school diploma or GED. · 3+ years of experience servicing forklifts, lifts, or similar material handling equipment · Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to read schematics. · A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. · Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude. · The ability to work independently, pay close attention to detail, and remain organized. · Physical capability to stand, bend, drive for extended periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work at heights over 6 feet.
