Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Requisition Number: 207296 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Our Route Service Representatives enjoy: • Comprehensive 10-week training program with starting hourly rate of $xx.xx/hour, until assigned a route • Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route • Majority work a 4-Day workweek • Majority work no nights or weekends • Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities Include: • You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers • Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. • Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services • Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely • Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills/Qualifications Required Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. CRNA Job Responsibilities: Provides pre-anesthetic preparation and patient evaluation. Ensure patient identification and obtains appropriate health history. Recommends, requests, and evaluates pertinent diagnostic studies. Documents pre-anesthetic evaluation. Obtains informed consent for anesthesia. Selects and/or administers pre-anesthetic medications. Manages patient's fluid, blood, electrolyte and acid base balance. Provides preanesthetic invasive and non-invasive monitoring utilizing current standards and techniques. Responds to abnormal findings with corrective action. Recognizes and treats cardiac dysrhythmias through use of preanesthetic electrocardiogram monitoring. Evaluates patient response during emergence from anesthesia. Institutes pharmacological or supportive treatment to insure adequacy of patient recovery from anesthesia and adjuvant drugs. Provides post anesthesia follow-up, report, and evaluation of patient's response to anesthesia and for potential anesthetic complication. Identifies and manages emergency situations. Initiates or participates in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Performs or orders equipment safety checks as needed. Cleans and sterilizes equipment and notifies supervisors of needed equipment adjustments/repairs. May perform patient care to the extent necessary to maintain clinical expertise, competency and licensing necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and to direct the provision of care on the unit. CRNA Qualifications/Skills: Strong patient assessment skills Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in oral communication, written communication, interpersonal relations, customer service, adaptability, and change management. Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing PC applications Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program Two (2) years of anesthesia care in an acute setting experience preferred. Overview This position provides front-line service and support for Bank-owned and serviced mortgages. Works directly with clients, associates, and other key stakeholders during the course of daily activities, and may act as a liaison between parties involved in mortgage actions. Performs a variety of servicing tasks which may include payments processing, answering client calls, entering loan set-up packages, facilitating loan satisfactions or releases, and managing insurance policies and real estate tax bills. May verify documentation, track exceptions, and other duties intended to review for accuracy in loan applicant information. Ensures mortgages are appropriately supported and complete to facilitate workflow for the mortgage servicing function of the Bank. Responsibilities Business Service - Performs a variety of actions to facilitate daily operations and mortgage servicing for Bank clients, associates, and other relevant parties. Understands loan transaction history to provide resolution for identified issues. Mortgage Servicing - May perform some or all of the following duties: Payment Processing - Processes timely and accurate mortgage payments, adjustments, reversals, and changes. Client Service - Answers inbound calls from customers, etc. providing resolution or call routing. Receives and processes requests for payoffs by providing payoff quotes, mailing disclosures, and reviewing for accuracy. Researches changes and notifications related to real estate tax bills and insurance policies. Orders coverage and notifies clients for force-placed insurance process. Loan Establishment - Sets up new loans for accurate servicing, including construction loans. Verifies interface accuracy and that of loan closing documents. Manages service release of loans to purchasers or investors. Coordination - Works closely with clients, associates, and other relevant parties to source necessary information and documentation required for mortgage activities. Coordinates actions within business unit to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
