The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate and maintain loaders. Responsible for the efficient working conditions of the loaders. This includes: performing routine maintenance including minor servicing, maintenance, and cleaning of the loader. Responsible for alerting the serviceman of any significant problems. Maintain hopper levels to achieve maximum production. Maintain stockpiles and pit floor. Load trucks. Assist with maintenance around the asphalt plant. Check fuel supplies at sites to ensure adequate availability. Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas.
