You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide support to our customers. *QUALIFICATIONS* * Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to pass and complete a background check. * Must own a truck, van, or SUV (vehicle must be free of physical damage, dependable working order) * Must be able to lift and climb a 28Ft ladder. * Have a positive attitude. *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Perform installations, upgrades and repairs of residential cable products and services. * Installation of aerial and underground cable drops and outlets. * Maintain minimum benchmarks on performance metrics. * Carry out all work performed in the safest possible manner. * *Manage, track and organize client equipment and small parts. Must be able to account for the usage of all equipment.* * Maintain a clean and organized vehicle. * Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers/supervisors.
