As a Field Service Technician, based out of our Columbia SC branch, you will be responsible for traveling to customer facilities in assigned area near your home and performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing forklifts, aerial lifts, and other powered material handling equipment. Company van provided for business use. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Safely and independently troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems Maintaining and repairing internal combustion and electric powered equipment Provide communication and a positive experience to customers while onsite Qualifications: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge and understanding of Hydraulic Systems Previous experience evaluating and repairing forklifts, heavy equipment, tractors, automobiles or similar pieces of equipment Exceptional customer service skills Must be computer literate, able to use a tablet and a laptop for field diagnostics and internet resources Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be able to pass pre-employment drug screens, background checks, and physicals. Job Role: -Transcribing for the attending physician -Completing documentation requirements in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) -Tracking various elements of the patient chart to notify the physician when all documentation requirements are complete -Facilitating the communication and coordination between the physician and other staff members in order to complete patient care tasks such as tests, labs, imaging, and medical records -Other administrative or clerical support required by the physician Successful Profiles Include: -Undergraduate Degree with a passion for healthcare -The desire to grow and be challenged to learn and improve -65+ words per minute typing -Must have the ability to work in sometimes chaotic, fast-paced environments -Ability to read, write, comprehend through listening, and speak fluent English -Must have a computer or access to a computer for virtual/online training Physical Requirements: -Able to perform all duties using a computer, keyboard, and other technology -Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, climb stairs, reach in all directions, fully use both hands and legs, possess good finger dexterity, perform repetitive motions with hands/wrists/elbows and shoulders, and reach in all directions - Ability to hear (corrected) and understand all information provided by patient or healthcare provider and transcribe into clear written records -Strong English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of information -Ability to work in an environment with moderate to high levels of noise and exchange accurate information in these situations transcribing the words and activities of the provider-patient portion of the encounter -Maintain 20/40 vision corrected -See and recognize objects close at hand and at a distance -Work in a latex safe environment and work indoors -Frequently lift and/or carry objects weighing 20 lbs. JOB DESCRIPTION The Title Specialist is directly responsible for securing all necessary documents to accompany applications to transfer vehicle title ownership. Tasks include compiling all necessary documents, communicating with customers and vehicle owners, resolving problems and discrepancies, answering inbound phone calls, sending emails, and providing excellent customer service. Compliance with state and/or buyer requirements is essential. Where IAA has authorization to process applications as an acting state processing authority, Title Specialist may also work within those state systems RESPONSIBILITIES Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale Keep up-to-date on title regulations by learning and maintaining knowledge of current title/salvage laws. Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to external/internal partners Provides a variety of customer support services through the mail, email, telephone and direct personal contact. Reviews and enters in title work for all customers. Completes application to transfer title ownership. Enters information from titles received from the state into the IAA operating system. Stays current with title/salvage laws in multiple states Responds to customer questions, complaints and requests. Resolves problems encountered in the effort to transfer title ownership. Performs word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties. Follows well-established procedures and under close direction of supervisor. Assists with other office functions as needed. Immediately reports all violations of company policy to a supervisor or manager. Protects and preserves confidential, personal customer information received and adheres to state and company records retention policies and procedures.
