Participates in the identification and development of a competency model to be used in various organizational programs. Develops or aligns performance management programs with key organizational goals. Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. Analyzes the effectiveness of the Human Capital Management System (HCM) from the customer and employee perspective. Remains invested in solutions, monitoring results and adjusting strategies as necessary. To Qualify For This Position, You’ll Need The Following: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Work Experience: Five years' experience in consulting, strategic planning, professional Human Resources working directly with Executive management, or other job-related experience.
