The Machine Operator should be able to independently operate identified/assigned packaging machines installed at the site. Duties and Responsibilities: Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Compliance to SOP's, GMPs, Housekeeping, Safety, and all other FE policies. Must inspect settings for codes, dates, leaks, oxygen levels, and seals to ensure proper operation of the assigned equipment. Assure that all date coding and bag labeling is correct i.e., packages, boxes, etc. Plan ahead on supplies needed for upcoming products per schedule. Keep work area and equipment clean and free of garbage/debris at all times. Able to assist in different lines or baggers as needed. Experience with various estimating programs, AutoCAD, Bid 2 Win, Agtek or similar platform is required. Develop and maintain good relationships with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors. Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using estimating software. Manage projects, oversee and document all aspects of the estimating and bid process. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and client presentations. Reporting to the Sr. NPI manager the Project Manager is responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) of a specific organization. What a typical day looks like: Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer. Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants. Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas. Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues. Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control. Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.
