Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations. Maintains understanding of NDC (National Drug Code) numbers, metric quantities, and knowledge of infusion supplies. Maintains a broad range of knowledge of insurance plans, medical terminology, billing procedures, government regulations, and medical codes.
