In this role you will provide building maintenance services in all Admin owned, contracted and maintained buildings to minimize unexpected and premature equipment failures in accordance with established policies, procedures and good work practices and to ensure contracted and maintained buildings are in safe working order and compliant with codes and regulations. Responsibilities of the General Maintenance Technician III: Complete assigned maintenance and repair of renovation tasks. Complete assigned maintenance, repair, painting and general maintenance of building tasks. Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
