Operational Excellence Lead daily Morning Meetings with field crews. Manage and enforce the Quality Assurance system we have in place for accountability and coaching. Perform daily Truck Standards checks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Oversee weekly facility routines Update Operational Boards daily to reflect progress and goals. Coordinate supply runs, ensuring trucks and shop remain stocked with essentials (e.g., 2cycle oil, bump disks, string trimmer line, end caps, etc.). Equipment Oversight Conduct weekly visual inspections of all equipment. Order or pick up parts as needed Coordinate repairs with appropriate vendors: Handle simple maintenance inhouse (spark plugs, air filters, oil changes, blade sharpening). Manage truck maintenance needs (e.g., tire alignment, oil changes) with maintenance partners Support & Emergency Response (“Fire Fighting”) Assist crews in the field with equipment failures, forgotten tools/supplies, and additional support as needed to keep routes on track. Routing & Efficiency Ensure all routes are planned and trucks are properly routed each day. Monitor and maintain efficiency standards for Commercial and Residential routes Financial Performance Support and help deliver sitelevel revenue and profitability targets. Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions as directed. Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, assists in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs. Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products. Summary As a Sales Lead, your primary responsibility is to proactively advance and secure sales within your designated territory. You will excel in this role by diligently servicing the needs of existing sales accounts while strategically driving incremental business growth through informed and consultative selling techniques. In this role, you will Represents the voice of the customer Performs functions to service the needs of existing customers within assigned territory Educates the customer on the right products for them Uses informed selling to introduce new products and close gaps in existing distribution Visits accounts frequently to provide service and maximize revenue potential Establishes individual sales plan that considers customer needs and geographies to create effective and efficient customer outreach Sets the overall selling plan for each customer; Works closely with customers to understand and support their business strategies, goals, and objectives Follows-up with customer to ensure their orders are delivered accurately and promptly If no Support rep partner, Sales lead is responsible for merchandising activities (e.g., stocking shelves, building displays, etc.) Develops sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers Job duties may include working nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account activities What you bring to RNDC One year certificate from college or technical school; Four year college degree, preferred; 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a current, valid state drivers license, ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company. Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs.
