The ideal candidate will have experience caring for someone who likes to be independent as much as possible. Requires slide assistance to chair but no lifting. Client is bed bound due to leg swelling. *Duties* * Assist client with daily living activities, including bathing and grooming. Client is independent but will need assistance with his back and hair due to lack of mobility. * Occasional make him a sandwich if his sister is out. She cooks for him. * Provide companionship. Client enjoys talking. * May need assistance transferring to a chair. * Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols. * Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans effectively. * Assist in emergency situations by providing basic first aid and CPR as needed. * Pick up prescriptions as needed. *Skills* * Must have reliable transportation and be able to work M-F 10a-2pm. * Experience working with individuals with who need assistance. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. * Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient advocacy and support. * Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform tasks that require lifting or standing for extended periods. POSITION OVERVIEW The position of Installer for Construction Resources will be responsible for the proper installation of various types of glass and mirrors. Requires ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors and enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories and door hardware. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills. Willingness to work in a team environment with Crew Leader is necessary. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Loads and logs materials onto truck and documents returned materials Able to read and erect shelving template as per job specifications Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units and install mirrors Completes other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School education or equivalency required Experience in the construction/ Carpentry industry is required Prior glass work experience preferred Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments Work Environment Onsite – In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Installer position, this job is required to work in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment.
