We are currently seeking hard-working Internet Sales Specialist on-site at 1326 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29120 to become valuable member of our production team. Brief Summary of Duties: · Work with customers at the service counter to provide quick diagnostic and check in laptops and pcs that need additional work · Generate check-in paperwork and log each item checked in · Repair customer PCs and Laptops, both software and hardware · Hardware repair of EPC owned laptops and desktops when not helping customers or working on customer PCs and Laptops · Use remote desktop support tools to diagnosis and repair customer PCs as needed. · Other duties as assigned by department Experience and/or Education Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED · Working knowledge of various operating systems (Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Apple OS) · Working knowledge Microsoft office · Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues · Applicant must be a self-starter, able to multi-task and be able to work quickly and efficiently · Must have a good working knowledge of IT equipment · PC Tech Experience · Previous employment in computer related job · Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
