Job Description Limited Service hotel seeking an organized, detail-oriented Maintenance to help keep our hotel operations running smoothly and ensure our guests have a great stay. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining property equipment and supply inventory while performing routine maintenance throughout the hotel. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Report major repair needs to the General Manager of the property * Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards *Complete all work orders. Maintain property with no rooms out of order. Knowledge with PTAC units & HVAC Ensure the interior and exterior of the hotel is well maintained * Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.) * Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary * Assist in setup/cleanup of rooms as needed * Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed * Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality * Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) * Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide * Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) * Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed * Bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, standing, walking and lifting up to 50lbs.
