As our Packaging Line Reliability Technician (Brewery), you’ll protect uptime, elevate safety, and enable our teams to meet ambitious production goals. Imagine this scenario A line trips on a nuisance fault mid-run. You arrive with PPE on, verify lockout/tagout as required, read the P&ID, and trace the signal path through a PLC input card. You find a sensor cable compromised near a conveyor guard, repair it, validate operation, and tune the VFD to stabilize speed. Before you leave, you log work details and parts used in the CMMS, note the root cause, and recommend a guard modification. You brief the incoming shift, escalate a related risk to your supervisor, and partner with the lead to update the SOP. That’s a win for safety, quality, and uptime. What success looks like Safety / Food Safety first: You wear PPE, follow plant safety policies, and uphold GMPs. You ensure equipment complies with safety standards. Technical mastery: You troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; perform predictive/preventive maintenance; and support installations and upgrades. Electro-mechanical depth: Confident with 480VAC and 24VDC; read and apply schematics and instrumentation diagrams; service VFDs, servo motors/controllers, PLC I/O, safety modules, and comms systems. Hands-on fabrication: You cut and weld (MIG/TIG/Stick) to restore or enhance equipment. Rock-solid documentation: You complete PMs/work orders before leaving the plant and capture observations that inform better decisions. Team-first collaboration: You plan work around Operations, Quality, and Logistics, and keep communication clear to avoid disruptions. Inventory stewardship: You find parts in CMMS, record usage per inventory controls, and maximize tool/equipment utilization. Training & knowledge sharing: You transfer specialized know-how to peers and teach production teams routine maintenance and safe operation. Continuous improvement: You tackle recurring problems with permanent fixes and drive equipment/facility upgrades. Other duties as required. What you bring to the team High school diploma or equivalent required; technical associate degree/certification preferred. 1–3 years of industrial maintenance in high-speed manufacturing; beverage or packaging background preferred. Proficiency with hand/power tools, welders, lifts, multimeters, and shop equipment; forklift experience a plus (no certification required). Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, email) and CMMS systems. Strengths in PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting; hydraulics; PLC programming; and high-volume manufacturing support. Accountabilities & Impact: As a Plant Utility Technician, your responsibilities will include: Monitor, maintain, and repair steam generating boilers, water treatment systems for the boilers, glycol chiller systems, water treatment for the chiller systems, the cooling towers for the chiller systems, air compressors, and the centralized water distribution system. Analyze data from controls of mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems and initiate change to ensure continuous, cost effective treatment within equipment requirements. Perform routine preventative, corrective, and autonomous maintenance, or repair, of plant utility equipment. Conducting routine as well and non-routine analysis of the filtration equipment. Partnering and engaging with Production, Quality, EH&S, Engineering, Maintenance, State and local authorities, independent laboratories, chemical and parts suppliers, and contractors. Qualified candidates will have: All candidates must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, OR certification or training from an accredited technical program preferred. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, working on chillers/boilers and air compressors Possess general knowledge of hand and power tools. Role Purpose:. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the on-shift maintenance operations and active performance management of the Maintenance Technicians and Lead. This position will be a front-line leader in the maintenance department. Role Purpose: Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is hiring a PACKAGING OPERATOR responsible for monitoring process equipment, basic troubleshooting of any unforeseen process events, and ensuring that Safety and Quality are at the forefront of all activities. The PACKAGING OPERATOR will be cross trained in multiple areas and will be qualified to complete tasks in the various areas of packaging, sanitation, quality, and maintenance. Accountabilities & Impact: Ensure continuous operation of process equipment through active process monitoring and troubleshooting. Effectively communicate job knowledge and process changes with team members and management thru various forms of daily communication (shift handover meeting, daily production meetings, email, action logs, work orders, etc). Perform quality inspection of product using basic lab equipment and SOPs as a guide. Complete and maintain written documentation certifying completion of inventory checks, quality inspections, sanitation requirements, batch and blending production following SOP’s, and basic maintenance tasks. Maintain sanitation and lubrication of machinery, equipment, storage bins, workstations, etc. Report safety and/or equipment issues to leadership. Skills & Experiences Needed: High School diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of manufacturing experience. Demonstrated experience using computers and software skills such as MS office. Must be at least 21 years of age Working conditions: Fast-paced and constantly changing work environment Shift work including days, evenings, overnight shifts, and up to 12 hrs. As a Beverage Manufacturing Mechatronics Technician, you’ll keep our automated lines reliable, safe, and efficient while partnering closely with Operations, Quality, and Logistics. Cross-functional collaboration keeps product flowing. You plan work around production and ensure GMPs and safety standards are met. Clear documentation and communication ensure seamless handoffs and better decisions across shifts. What you’ll do Safety & Food Safety: Follow all plant safety rules; wear PPE; maintain GMP compliance. Verify equipment meets applicable safety standards. Technical execution: Troubleshoot and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment; perform predictive/preventive maintenance; support installations and upgrades. Electro-mechanical expertise: Work with 480VAC and 24VDC; read P&IDs and electrical schematics; service VFDs, servo motors/controllers, PLC I/O, safety modules, and communication systems. Fabrication: Cut and weld (MIG, TIG, Stick) to repair or improve components. Documentation: Complete work orders and PM records in CMMS; note parts used and observations; assist in writing/updating SOPs. Inventory management: Locate parts via CMMS and record usage per inventory control guidelines; optimize tools and resources. Communication & teamwork: Coordinate with production to minimize disruption; ensure thorough shift handoffs; escalate issues to your supervisor as needed. Training & development: Share specialized know-how with peers; train production staff on basic operation and routine maintenance. Continuous improvement: Partner with leadership on CI initiatives, facility/equipment upgrades, and permanent corrective actions. Perform other duties as required. What you bring Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical associate degree/certification preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in industrial maintenance for high-speed manufacturing; beverage or packaging experience preferred. Tools & tech: Comfortable with hand/power tools, welders, lifts, multimeters, and shop equipment; forklift experience a plus (no certification required). Software: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, email) and CMMS. Core skills: PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting; hydraulics; PLC programming; proven manufacturing floor experience.
