As a Brewery Automation Maintenance Specialist, you’ll own the daily performance of cutting-edge brewing and packaging systems while keeping Safety and Quality front and center for yourself and your teammates. A day in the life Your shift starts with PPE on and a quick review of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to line up preventive maintenance and priority work orders. You’ll walk the lines with Operations, Quality, and Logistics, ensuring we’re aligned on production goals and that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are being followed. From there, you might: Diagnose and resolve faults on conveyors, fillers, and packaging equipment to minimize unplanned downtime. Execute predictive and preventative maintenance tasks that protect uptime and extend asset life. Use your fabrication skills—cutting and welding (MIG/TIG/Stick)—to restore or improve components. Work safely around electrical systems including 480VAC and 24VDC, using schematics and P&IDs to guide repairs.
