Order Billing/Inventory Control Clerk
Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications This person is responsible for breaking down work orders and printing customer orders. This position is critical for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the inventory accounting system for the reconciliation of finished goods inventory. RESPONSIBILITIES Shipping Document Processing {30%) Monitory priority list and release customer orders to shipping when product becomes available. Coordinate daily with customer service, production control and manufacturing to keep order process flowing. Export Preparation {15%) Responsible for preparing export documents for Canada. Responsible for supporting export activities for all other Countries by providing information to Corporate and once document is received attach to the shipment. Special documentation daily for Grainger and Tru Serve. Cycle Count - Diamond Blades and Bits (15%) Reconciling discrepancies related to cycle count. Replenishment Orders (10%) Responsible for the follow-up of in-transit orders. Includes generation, shipment and receipt of replenishment orders. Inventory Management {30%) Responsible for general clerical support including filing, etc. for inventory management. Keying of inventory transactions such a pick slips, work order receipts, replenishment orders, as needed. Responsible for ensuring proper documentation and charges for COD shipments are complete. WORKING CONDITIONS Office based role with frequent computer use. 25% of time spent in manufacturing environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally (with or without assistance). Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, twist and crouch. Must be able to meet daily and monthly deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES Internal Auditing of Quality System (QMS) (60% total) Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits Ensures timely and accurate data collection Supports department in the root cause analysis and corrective actions for audits findings Performs Receiving inspection Provides immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations Quality Testing and Administration (20% total) Metallographic and Destructive Bend testing Perform in-process product tests Assists in performing first article inspections Back-up for Blade Final Inspection and Segment Support Team in Document Control- Training, Tracking and Distribution Support Team in containment and sorting of in-process non-conformances External Customer / Supplier Quality Support (20% total) Containment of non-conforming product Sorting of non-conforming material Reporting of evaluation results to Quality Engineer / Quality Manager and or purchasing as appropriate, as well current status Post-Corrective Action Follow-up Position-specific Competencies Respond quickly and work at faster pace than normal, while getting results Able to work with and through teams to get results Strong Mathematical aptitude, including, all units of measure, common fractions and decimals.
