Essential Functions: Work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team in an ambulatory infusion clinic setting. Effectively utilize the nursing process to assess and care for patients. Provide comprehensive nursing care in a professional, ethical, knowledgeable, and compassionate manner. Provide disease and drug-specific education to patients and caregivers. Comply with HIPAA and ACHC regulations. Participates in on-call rotation as assigned for AIC nurses. Travel to outlying clinics as needed. Maintain knowledge of medical/nursing practices by participating in educational in-services.
